Take the effort out of getting fitter. By exercising your brain and your body together you're less likely to get bored and give up before you’ve reached your goal.
- You keep interested because you are learning a new skill and continually improving.
- You don’t feel like the most unfit person in the room.
- No-one is watching you or making fun of you because they’re too busy concentrating on their own steps.
- You can put in as much or as little physical effort as you want (or can).
- You build your stamina week by week as the dances become more memorable.
- It generally takes six weeks to get your co-ordination working how you expect it to so don’t give up after the first week.
- You’re never too old to start.
